When individuals with disabilities have access to support services that enhance their quality of life, they can lead active, thriving lives. PLAN|NJ works in partnership with families and caregivers to ensure loved ones have a safe and appropriate place to call home, a fulfilling network of support, and interesting ways to make contributions in the community.
Our clients include your New Jersey neighbors, colleagues, and friends. Here are some of their stories:
Christina is known for leading a passionate, purposeful life, and for pursuing a healthy lifestyle. She works with a trainer at the gym to keep fit, and enjoys skating. Every day is filled with social and work activities.
Joseph has discovered a love for travel and, after two trips to Disneyland, shows no signs of slowing down. We regularly receive wonderful, detailed written pieces from him detailing his interests.
Daniel and his mother enjoy travel, and have visited Tokyo, Las Vegas, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Argentina. Photos are added to his LifePLAN to help provide a complete picture of his quality of life.
Frankie loves to shop, has a toy car collection, and likes to eat out every week. He has interests that range from sports to community work to group travel.
