Attorneys and Financial Planners

Home 9 Circle of Support: Attorneys and Financial Planners

As an attorney or financial planner with expertise in the laws protecting people with disabilities, you are invaluable to New Jersey’s disability rights community.

We encourage the individuals and families we serve to seek guidance from expert leaders in your industry. We suggest families contact attorneys personally regarding services, fees, and to determine what estate and legal plans best meet their family’s needs.

We annually update and distribute a PLAN|NJ Professional Directory. It includes contact information for attorneys who have credentials and extensive experience in the areas that matter most for families affected by disability, such as legal and estate planning, public benefits and services, special education, and others.
