Jeremy Rosenbaum
Jeremy has a longstanding and abiding interest in securing services for the IDD community. His interest stems from his sister Emily, who was born with Down Syndrome and lived a full life for 48 years until succumbing to Alzheimer’s disease; and his mom, who was of the mind and heart on day one of Emily’s life that help was needed — for Emily, Emily’s family, and Emily’s neighbors in similar circumstances — and that all would benefit by securing that help through purposeful civic action.
Having worked (mostly in Ohio and Kentucky) as an attorney, nursing home administrator, and healthcare compliance consultant, Jeremy has a studied and practical understanding of the laws, regulations, and rules governing healthcare providers, vendors, and consumers; as well as a working, from the ground-up, grasp of day-to-day healthcare operations, including common and reoccurring quality of care, ethical, human resource, contract, reimbursement, risk management and compliance issues.
Jeremy is retired. He and his wife, Beth, moved to NJ in December, 2023 to be closer to their children. He is happy to help.
